Are we scammers?
No we are not!
As an emerging brand, we've encountered challenges with the premade method, leading to significant inventory losses. To clarify, we are not scammers. Our typical shipping timeframe is 2-3 weeks. and even sometimes 4 weeks total but rearly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
HOW LONG IS THE ENTIRE PROCESS FROM WHEN I BUY?
When you place an order with Executive persona (Monday to Friday), we send an invoice to our trusted manufacturer on Friday. Please allow 14 business days for production.
After production, it takes 2-7 days for the item to ship to us via USPS or DHL. Once we receive your order, we package it and ship it out via USPS within 1-2 days.
